Chicken Tetrazzini

12 oz Spaghetti uncooked
2 Tbsp Butter
1 package Mushrooms (fresh) sliced
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and chopped
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 pkg Sour Cream
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

1. Heat oven to 350 F. Spray 13x9 inch glass baking dish with cooking spray.

2. Cook spaghetti as directed on package using minimum cooking time and drain.

3. Meanwhile, in a 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook mushrooms in butter for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.

4. In a large bowl, mix cooked spaghetti, mushrooms, chicken, soup, sour cream, and pepper. Pour mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

5. Bake uncovered 55 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Turkey Tetrazzini

1 lb Spaghetti
1/2 cup (1 stick) Butter
1/2 cup Flour (all-purpose)
3 cups Chicken Broth
2 cups Milk
1 2/3 cups Parmesan Cheese
4 cups Turkey cooked and chopped

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain, and place in the prepared baking dish.

3.Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour. Mix in chicken broth and milk. Cook and stir until the mixture comes to a boil. Stir in about 1 1/3 cups Parmesan cheese, and remove from heat.

4. Mix chicken broth mixture  with spaghetti. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, until surface is lightly browned.

Spaghetti with Meat Sauce (Heddy`s Spaghetti)

Spaghetti with Meat Sauce (Heddy`s Spaghetti)
1-1/2 lb Ground meat
4 Spaghetti Sauce, Garlic and Herb
2 lbs Spaghetti

Cook groundmeat. Add spaghetti sauce. Cook for about 20 minutes.

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. 

Serve sauce over spaghetti.
