Ranch Oyster Crackers

Ranch Oyster Crackers
(Appetizer)

3 tbsp Ranch Dressing Mix (or 1 pkg)
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
1/4 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
5 cups or 10 oz bag Oyster Crackers 1

1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up.
2. In a large bowl, combine everything but oyster crackers. Add oyster crackers, and toss (stir) slowly until coated. Spread evenly on baking sheet.
3. Bakefor 15 to 20 minutes in oven stirring gently after 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Store in airtight container.
1/2 cup serving = 176 calories

Sopapilla Cheese Cake

Sopapilla Cheese Cake2 Crescent Rolls
2 Cream Cheese, original - Philadelphia - oz 8
1-1/4 cups Sugar, divided
1 tsp Vanilla
1 - 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Spread 1 can crescent rolls in 9x13 loaf dish
Beat Cream Cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla and spread on top of crescent
rolls.
Spread 2nd can of crescent rolls on top of cheese mixture.
Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon and spread on top of crescent rolls.
Drizzle melted butter over top.
Bake 350 degreese for 30-40 minutes.
Cut in squares after cooled and serve.

Bar-Be-Cue Cups

Bar-be-Cue Cups

3/4 pound ground meat
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 canned biscuits
3/4 cheddar cheese (optional)

In large skillet, brown meat and drain. Add barbecue sauce and brown sugar. Let simmer.

Stretch biscuits to fit in the cups of a muffin pan. Spoon mean into biscuits in cups.

Sprinkle with cheese. (optional)

Bake in 400* oven until biscuits brown.

Taco Dip

Taco Dip

2 cans bean dip
16 oz Avocado dip
16 oz sour cream
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 bag chips, Frito's or tostidos

Spread bean dip on bottom of 9x13 pan. Spread avocado dip over bean dip. Mix sour cream and taco seasoning and spread over avocado dip. Top with grated cheese. Serve with Chips.
