Back in the days when Alf came on TV we would make this chicken and sit and watch the show. Thus, the name, Alf Chicken!

Alf Chicken

Ingredients - 

4 Chicken - Boneless Skinless Breast thawed2 cups Corn Flakes crushed2 cups MilkTony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Crush corn flakes. Dip chicken in milk. Roll in corn flakes. Place on pan covered with aluminum foil. Sprinkle n some Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning (more or less for desired heat) Bake in 400 degree oven about 40 minutes
